● Conduct cross-border investigations across EMEA & APAC: whistleblowing reports, Code of Conduct breaches, harassment, bullying, conflicts of interest and other employment misconduct.

● Act as primary liaison with works councils and unions (Spain, France, Germany and the UK): manage statutory information, consultation and negotiation processes in accordance with applicable local laws.

● Advise and coach HRBPs and managers on complex employee relations cases, including performance management, disciplinary matters and redundancies, mitigating risk and adverse outcomes.

● Monitor regulatory developments and evolving business needs: draft, update and implement HR policies to ensure ongoing compliance and operational alignment.

● Identify regulatory and organisational gaps and develop HR policies and internal guidelines to align with local requirements and group standards.

● Provide employment law advisory support across business areas Spain and Portugal, facilitating compliant decision-making.

● Act as primary liaison with the works council, managing employee representation and statutory consultation matters.

● Design salary band architecture across Spain and Portugal, strengthening internal equity and compensation governance.

● Analyse compensation trends and propose and implement employee benefits aligned with business needs.
