I am the founder of RWR Recruitment. An award winning, multi million-pound recruitment agency based in South Wales whose passion is helping individuals secure their dream job roles within contact centre or manufacturing sectors in the UK. I was born in Newport, South Wales in 1991 and further graduated at the University of Manchester in Sociology in 2012. After backpacking the southern hemisphere for two years I returned to Wales with no real idea of a career path feeling no sense of belonging or purpose. After googling what made the most money, I embarked on my journey in recruitment working for high street brands like Brook Street, Randstad before setting up her own agency RWR.

In 2020 I became bestselling Author being part of the book We Summit Together which has empowered women to be the best version of themselves, not to give up on their aspirations in business.
