I’m a Berlin-based Data / BI leader and hands-on consultant with 10+ years of international experience across startups and mid-sized companies. I build reliable analytics foundations end-to-end: data ingestion and ELT/ETL, data modeling (dbt), cloud warehousing (BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift), and dashboards that teams actually use (Power BI, Tableau, Looker/LookML).

In my recent roles as Head of Data & BI, I centralized 20+ APIs into a single data lake (low data issues), scaled GA4/GSC and internal pipelines to 100M+ rows on GCP/BigQuery, improved data quality and speed, and introduced cost governance that saved €30K+ annually. I’m a big fan of automation, clean data, practical delivery, and strong stakeholder communication.

Currently, I’m focused on shipping Gen-AI workflows on top of strong data foundations (agentic AI/RAG) to turn analytics into faster insights and better decision support.
