Project: Project Manager for a catalog of connected services including 2 new services :

- Digital Key: a solution to replace a vehicle key with digital keys on the phone.

- Plug & Charge: a solution to simplify the charging process of electric vehicles.

Stakeholders: Suppliers (Bosch, Valeo, F2M, CCC…), Architecture teams, Development teams (internal and external), Local support team, QA, Run team, PMO.

Technical environment: JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Visio.

Achievements:

- Define the scope of the solution and ensure that the use cases meet all business requirements.

- Describe the use cases in a detailed functional specification document.

- Coordinate architects to define the functional and technical architecture of the solution.

- Define the project planning.

- Define the testing strategy.

- Preliminary budget analysis.

- Write weekly progress reports on the project.

Project context: IBM tool for supervising the infrastructure, assets, and operations related to public and private water, wastewater, and heat networks.

Stakeholders: External service provider (remote), infrastructure team, Local development team, Local support team, Remote IBM support, Users in France (remote), Users abroad.

Technical environment: IOT, Postgresql, REST API, XML, JSON, JIRA, ServiceNow, Filezilla, FTP/TLS, IBM IOC, Postman, Microsoft Office Suite.

Achievements:

DATA Migration project: Decision to reduce the number of servers on which the IBM tool from 4 servers to 1 more performing server to reduce the exploitation costs which needed the migration of data and rerooting the data streams coming from sensors and IOT objects to this new server

- Planned and executed the migration project of the tool to a new server, resulting in a 60% reduction in hosting costs.

- Coordinated and facilitated communication between the teams involved (technical team, support team) and stakeholders.

- Planned and managed quality methods by planning regression/user testing before service opening.

- Analyzed and managed project risks (service disruptions, data loss, etc.).

- Managed project documentation in French and English.

Software Upgrade project: After the migration project, a set of change requests for new features was accumulated, leading to the decision to deliver all new features at once through a new version of the tool.

- Specified and analyzed user requirements, then prioritized them in a backlog on the JIRA tool.

- Followed up on the development of new features according to the Scrumban method.

- Planned and supervised regression testing, new feature testing, and user testing (testing and acceptance).

- Managed communications between the development team (monitoring progress), support team (test validation), and stakeholders (ensuring these teams are informed of progress).

- Planned and monitored the release of the new version.

- Managed project documentation in French and English.

Retrospective documentation and support:

- Retrospective documentation of several tool modules in French and English.

- Managed the support process for the new version.

Project: New modular design of the PSA diagnostic tool "Diagbox" (Evolutionary redesign of the PSA diagnostic tool to separate functionalities and provide them separately as SAAS, add a sales portal and add an assistance service).

Stakeholders: Local sales team, External service provider (remote) for tool design and development, Local project management team.

Technical environment: Microsoft Office Suite, StarUML, JIRA, Docker, Diagbox.

Achievements:

Phase 1: Study and Definition of Needs

- Requirement Analysis

- Conducted functional analysis of the PSA diagnostic tool "Diagbox".

- Proposed to conduct POCs (Proofs of Concept) to determine technical feasibility.

- Proposed an architecture for the new solution (separate functionalities by type of service, define interactions between these services, etc.).

- UML modeling of the new solution (use case diagram, sequence diagrams, and activity diagrams).

Phase 2: Planning and Implementation of POCs

- Planned the POCs.

- Created functional specifications for each POC.

- Managed development progress.
