Recent work: predicted brand-switching behaviour across 50,000+ Sephora customers (+15.8% basket lift). Built an operational intelligence platform for BNP Paribas CIB analyzing 1.6GB of ticketing data across 14 production applications - automated Python ETL pipelines and React dashboards that cut manual reporting by 8 hours/week.

My stack: Python (pandas, scikit-learn, Flask), SQL, React.js, Power BI, ETL pipelines, data visualisation.
