➢ Managing and Configuring Cisco and Polycom Video Conferencing equipment.
➢ Working with the Ministry of Agriculture NHLP project staff and sub offices in region to roll out
new applications , systems and upgrades.
➢ Assess and monitor the current Servers. Networks and Security systems and
provide assistance and guidance for improving the systems.

➢ Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining Windows Server 2008 on file server, domain
controller, back up domain controller.
➢ Configuring and Maintaining of firewall and UTM ( Cyberoam ) and application of proper
procedures and policies for securing NHLP’s network and ensuring proper utilization of the
internet
➢ Operating, maintaining and trouble-shooting advance and complex LAN/WAN issues.
➢ Establishing data integrity and security policies and procedures for user accounts, data creation,
data manipulation and data storage.
➢ Implementing and configuring backup and backup strategies
➢ Providing advice on and assisting in procurement of new ICT equipment for the NHLP main office,
field offices and other facilitating projects, providing technical specifications and information on
best options in both local and international markets

➢ Installation and configuration of the all IT equipments.

➢ As needed, proactively training NHLP staff on all IT issues
