 Led five global programs, including the flagship Tokens, Prime International Expansion, and Partner Onboarding & Launch Enablement initiatives, driving Fuse's strategic enablement of Amazon Prime's growth across LATAM, EMEA, and MENA.  Designed and implemented the Token Program Framework, a governance model defining roles, processes, and KPIs for LATAM, EMEA, and APAC teams.  Partnered with cross-functional and multicultural leaders to align Product, Tech, and Operations, enabling scalability, execution consistency, and decision transparency.  Delivered 16 international Token launches since 2024, generating nearly 1M PD60, expanding Fuse's footprint into Austria and Colombia, and achieving 89% partner satisfaction.  Led onboarding and launch management for Amazon Prime, Prime Video, and Music partnerships worldwide, increasing global launches by 37.5% QoQ and delivering 80% of planned releases despite capacity constraints.  Directed Prime Expansion initiatives under the Fuse–PIE Program, contributing to 1.4M+ new Prime members in 2025 and reinforcing operational alignment between Product, Tech, and Operations.  Led and authored the Fuse- Prime Marketplace Expansion Standard Operating Procedure, integrating regional insights across LATAM, EMEA, and MEA to establish a unified governance and risk framework adopted globally to standardize onboarding, delivery, and post-launch monitoring.  Strengthened executive governance and reporting mechanisms to support 2026 expansions, enhancing accountability, predictability, and operational efficiency across global teams.

 Managed strategic customer portfolios across the U.S. and LATAM, accelerating technology adoption and driving business value through Microsoft cloud solutions.  Contributed to a $57M/year Azure recommit by building trusted executive relationships and delivering outcome-based engagements.  Designed training initiatives for regional TAMs and CSAMs, improving delivery quality and customer satisfaction scores (+95%).  Implemented financial and contract optimization strategies, recovering $900K in revenue and developing new payment models under currency restrictions in Venezuela.

 Led Digital Transformation learning plans across LATAM that drove 11% overachievement of Azure consumption targets.

 Directed multi-million-dollar projects in data center design, server deployment, and ITIL implementation for major telecom and public sector clients.  Delivered a $2.5M server installation project for Telefónica Venezuela on time and within budget despite energy constraints.  Led three data center design initiatives and a $1M national research institute project for IVSS, strengthening critical infrastructure capacity.
