During my 9+ years’ experience in IT Field I have acquired and demonstrated ability in all aspects of troubleshooting, installations, and configuration for a variety of desktops, laptops, and software. Since 2013, I have served as an IT Field service engineer for Rico Logistics Ltd, Thomson Reuters, and Tech support Specialist at Gartner UK Ltd where I have been repeatedly recognized for exceptional customer service.

I have a full clean UK Driving licence, possess UK passport and my own vehicle willing to travel any distance. Physically fit, able to work in confined spaces, crawl and lift heavy objects. Able to prioritize task in a complex, fast-paced environment. Willing to work flexible schedules/ shifts/ hours. Flexibility to travel any location UK or overseas.
