I'm looking for role in IT Desktop support. I believe that my IT training, certifications, and experience make me an exceptional candidate for this position. During my 9+ years’ experience in IT Field I have acquired and demonstrated ability in all aspects of troubleshooting, installations, and configuration for a variety of desktops, laptops, and software. Since 2013, I have served as an IT Field service engineer for Rico Logistics Ltd, Thomson Reuters, and Tech support Specialist at Gartner UK Ltd where I have been repeatedly recognized for exceptional customer service.
Some of my responsibilities in my previous roles were:
• Troubleshooting and resolving Desktop/Laptop hardware & software issues.
• Attending to Self-Checkout Machine calls at major supermarkets(repairs/upgrades etc)
• Rollout desktop/Laptop installs/Rollout to High Street Banks
• Wireless AP installation
• Laptop/Desktop Builds, Rollouts
• Assign applications to users in AD
• Software installation/update.
• Service Now Ticket system/asset Management.
• User profile/data migration.
• Network printer installation
• Large format inkjet network printer installation
• Asset Management
• IT Inventory control
I have a full clean UK Driving licence, possess UK passport and my own vehicle willing to travel any distance. Physically fit, able to work in confined spaces, crawl and lift heavy objects. Able to prioritize task in a complex, fast-paced environment. Willing to work flexible schedules/ shifts/ hours. Flexibility to travel any location UK or overseas.
