Currently designing, implementing and delivering the People Strategy for the corporate parent business within Health and Social Care and in the process of cascading this to the various businesses across the UK with which Tristone Healthcare Ltd partner with. I also deliver senior level HR support and advice to the HR community to facilitate an agenda of continuous improvement. Key Achievements: Design and implementation of an effective and forward thinking People Strategy for both the parent company and each individual business. Key responsibilities:

• Design and implementing People Strategy

• Design and implement HR KPIs ensuring the data is meaningful and analysed effectively to drive change

• Design and restructure of businesses in line with company values and goals

• Supporting HR professionals with workforce planning

• Implementation of technology to support HR and the workforce

• Undertaking due diligence of HR information of each business to ensure a compliant and sustainable workforce

• Conducting workplace mediations

• Engaging the HR community as a group to drive continuous improvement

• Setting and managing a strategic recruitment process aligned with the business plan

• Managing complex employee relations casework including disciplinaries, grievances, absences, managing performance and redundancy alongside group HR and operational managers

• Designing and managing talent and succession mapping

• Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures

• Designing training programmes to upskill our managers

• Monitoring and reviewing HR policies and processes ensuring they are legally compliant and align with organisational goals

• Monitoring and reviewing safeguarding and recruitment policies and processes ensuring they are legally compliant and align with our goals

• Managing HR audits for new companies being onboarded to the Tristone Community and giving board assurance with regard to new acquisitions and their people strategies
