About Nat

I help organisations build neuroinclusive, high-performing cultures where different minds are understood, supported and able to thrive. Through Divergent Thinking — — I work with employers, education providers and mission-led organisations to turn good intentions into practical action through training, strategy, coaching, workplace assessments and audits. Divergent Thinking describes its approach as ethical, evidence-based and measurable, blending lived experience and neuroscience to create workplaces where every mind belongs.

My work focuses on neuroinclusion in the broadest sense, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and dyscalculia. I help clients understand how different thinking, learning, sensory and communication styles show up in real life, then translate that into clearer systems, better leadership and more inclusive day-to-day practice. Divergent Thinking’s services include workshops and webinars, workplace assessments, coaching and audits, with support for all staff, line managers, recruiters and executives.

I’m especially effective on projects that need more than awareness alone: neuroinclusion strategy, manager upskilling, inclusive communication, reasonable adjustments, psychologically safer teams, culture change and practical support for neurodivergent colleagues. My sessions and consultancy are designed to be relevant, actionable and grounded in real workplace challenges, with tangible outputs such as checklists, templates, action plans and clear next steps.
