Leading development and evolution of Michelin regional brands websites (B2B, B2C) on Global Platform (Apostrophe CMS) within CX factory to enhance user experience and help business teams in achieving the KPIs. Projects I have led are:

• Successfully built Corsa Motorbike Website for Indonesia on the new generation Apostrophe platform. This was a pilot project for the Michelin CX factory to build the website on this version.

• Migrated and built Kleber and Taurus Agricultural websites for 6 countries in Europe to ensure security and enhanced user experience.

• Built and executed SEO strategy for business teams to increase websites traffic.

• Proposed and built several features using key analytics insights and also developed various data-driven features on the website to automate the manual workflows.

• Defined product roadmap aligning with organization vision and develop strategy for execution.

• Participated in Steerco/leadership meetings, providing insights on the success, challenges, opportunities, risk and mitigation plan.

• Translate stakeholder requirements into different tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams

• Worked closely with UX/UI teams to incorporate quantitative and qualitative customer data and research into product iterations.

• Led milestone/sprint planning, backlog refinement & prioritization, demo and deployment planning.

• Provided business context to the cross functional engineering teams, encouraging them to explore creative solutions, and ensuring the team delivers against scope and time commitments

Built Core data module for Eclipse (Investment Management Software) to manage the data across all the modules (Trading, Accounting, Reconciliation, Commission etc.)

• Improved customer data import process by enhancing the onboarding tool capabilities that helped in enhancing client services team's experience

• Ensured upstream and downstream modules capabilities to ensure accurate customer data workflows within the product
