As a Fractional CTO, I help e-commerce and subscription-based businesses scale by aligning their technology strategy with their commercial goals. Many growing brands reach a point where their technology stack holds them back due to inefficient workflows or an e-commerce platform that’s no longer fit for purpose. My role is to ensure businesses have the right digital foundations to grow sustainably.

I work with startups, high-growth brands, and established businesses, guiding them through critical technology decisions, re-platforming major e-commerce sites, integrating complex systems, and improving overall digital efficiency. Whether I’m advising leadership teams, mentoring in-house developers, or leading digital transformation projects, my goal is to make technology work for the business.

As Engineering Manager, I focused on strengthening the in-house engineering team and improving development processes within the business. I implemented Agile methodologies and enhanced cross-functional collaboration between engineering, customer retention, digital, and insights teams. My role was about creating an environment where developers could grow while ensuring our technology decisions aligned with broader business goals.

As Head of Technology, I played a pivotal role in Absolute Collagen’s growth, overseeing all aspects of the company’s technology strategy and infrastructure. I worked closely with the CFO, CEO, and senior leadership to align technology with business objectives, leading major projects that improved customer experience, streamlined operations, and drove revenue growth. My work was a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring we made the right technology decisions for long-term success.
