I'm the founder of Bare Blue, an eco-friendly personal care store which launched in late 2020. As a qualified beauty therapist, I decided to twin my knowledge with my passion to create a personal care store with an alternative approach. Bare Blue is all about providing consumers with plastic free, natural and locally made alternatives to products they use daily like toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, and so on. I use my knowledge and interest in beauty and skincare to source the best products for my customers, keeping it local as much as possible. As well as providing solutions to consumers, I have also worked with many corporates including Google, Merck, Pharmalex and Egis Road & Tunnel to provide custom sustainable, practical gift hampers. Bare Blue has been featured on Ireland AM, 2FM, The Irish Examiner, The Irish Times, and The Irish Independent.

I built an e-commerce store and social media pages for an Irish company who pivoted during the Pandemic and began making reusable face masks under the name 'Face It'. Once this was all set up I then managed the inventory and dealt with all customer queries, as well as managing the Instagram and Facebook pages. I also took responsibility of marketing campaigns and social media content creations, and have built the Instagram following from 0 to 1,500 in just 6 weeks. I then trained the staff in using the website and managing the inventory, processing any refunds or returns, and dealing with all the customer queries.

My role involved coordinating large scale projects with major blue chip organisations including Amazon, Scottish Friendly Investment and Herriot Watt University. I worked with clients from the tender and quote stage right through to installation, snagging, and aftercare. I worked alongside a team of designers and sales representatives to meet the clients brief in terms of aesthetics as well as budget and the timeframe required. I worked to very tight deadlines and liaised with suppliers, site contacts and clients to ensure a smooth project. Procurement was also a large part of my role, I worked with commercial furniture companies across the globe to obtain products that met the clients brief. As a sales support coordinator I was the 'glue' in keeping everything going smoothly for the project and keeping everyone in the project involved and up to date. I also trained and mentored new starts during my time with Tsunami Axis.
