Hi! I’ve been automating and coding solutions to business problems for 8 years.

I architected and developed a bespoke automated venue booking system that scaled the business 100% in a year. I wasn’t satisfied with the solutions currently on the market, so I built my own.

As a software engineer, an IT manager, as a customer-facing sales coordinator, and not least as a musician/composer, I've worked across many different technical and creative domains. This blend allows me to approach technology with a user-centric and innovative mindset.

These days, I see a problem and I know that step by step I can figure out a way to solve it, even better if

that means learning new things. I'm simply going to go out and find the solution using any resource available to me.

Engaged to implement robust automations for a global gifting platform, reducing operational inefficiencies and process bottlenecks across departments.

- Own cross-system automation pipelines in n8n, integrating business critical SaaS platforms (e.g. Salesforce/Shopify/Xero/Sheets/Slack);
- Implement data-quality improvements and consolidation initiatives (unique identifiers, deduplication logic, required attributes) to keep systems consistent;
- Architect, implement and monitor data pipelines to safely transfer and transform big datasets (ETL/ELT);
- Design and implement AI vector embedding strategies;
- Build resilient integration patterns (retries, validation, logging/alerting) to improve reliability of automated data transfer;
- Partner with non-technical stakeholders to capture requirements, and deliver automation that removes manual steps and bottlenecks;

Engineered an event‑driven n8n platform for the volunteer lifecycle (Application → Decision → Onboarding → IT), including AI intake & summaries, manager review with action links, and resilient rollback.

- Built identity provisioning with Entra ID: create user (disabled), assign groups/licences on start date, weekly license forecasting with automated email & deep link to the Microsoft admin page;
- Implemented interview scheduling automation (Outlook → LLM parse → Zoom API) with generated passwords;
- Dynamic onboarding: Content-agnostic SharePoint portal with AI-generated quizzes, a context-aware chatbot, and progress tracking;
- Error handling: AI error handler n8n flow that auto‑investigates failures, finds the root cause, and produces a clear triage report, using API docs when needed via MCP or otherwise.

- Automated Engagement & Analysis: Developed automated systems to drive user engagement, including a performance-based badge system and a public results portal with filtering for competitive analysis;
- Admin & User Empowerment: Built robust data and privacy controls for users. Designed a clear backend CMS structure allowing non-technical admins to manage survey content and system logic (e.g., badge criteria) without developer intervention for updates.
