I'm an Agile Delivery Lead with 10+ years' experience helping cross-functional teams deliver complex digital and cloud products. I specialise in creating environments where teams can self-manage, collaborate effectively, and deliver measurable outcomes through Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles.

I come from a technical background (infrastructure, cloud, software delivery), which gives me a unique perspective when working with engineering teams. It helps me understand architectural considerations, anticipate risks earlier, and support more informed, transparent decision-making across projects and stakeholders.
