My work most commonly falls into five areas:

I support acquisition and investment decisions through rapid market assessment, competitive analysis, customer validation and risk identification, delivering clear findings and decision-ready materials under tight timelines.

I help leadership teams define realistic growth pathways across core business and adjacencies, supported by market sizing, prioritisation frameworks and business cases that translate strategy into executable plans.

I work hands-on with product and commercial teams to design GTM strategies for new or underperforming offerings, covering segmentation, ICP definition, pricing, channels, partnerships and rollout planning.

I deliver structured TAM, SAM and SOM analyses, use-case prioritisation and revenue modelling to support early-stage opportunity evaluation, investment screening and strategic decision-making.

I support execution by developing operating models, roadmaps, governance structures and KPIs, and by embedding with internal teams to drive delivery through to completion.

Across engagements, I am used to plugging directly into existing teams, owning analysis, modelling and synthesis, and producing senior-ready outputs with minimal ramp-up or oversight.

Experience spans large enterprises, regulated environments and PE-backed businesses. Comfortable working independently or as part of a wider consulting or internal team. Delivery-focused, low-friction, and outcome-oriented.
