Sylvera provides a SaaS platform using proprietary data, advanced machine learning, and expert analysis to enable defensible, evidence-based carbon investment decisions. The product aggregates and visualises diverse data sources — including satellite imagery, geospatial measurements, project documentation, and market signals — to give organisations a complete, comparable view of carbon offset projects and the wider carbon market and policy context. I work closely with scientists, analysts, and engineers to translate complex datasets into intuitive visualisations and decision-support tools. Managing a small team while remaining 80% hands-on, I design scalable UI patterns and workflows for projects such as data modelling interfaces, forecasting tools, and interactive reports. I constantly balance the need for speed and measurable financia l impact with longer-term brand and usability goals.

SigTech's platform for quantitative analysts, combines a deep Python library with a web interface for developing and deploying algorithmic trading strategies, and later expanded into AI-driven products. The platform supports workflows such as dataset ingestion and cleansing, anomaly detection, factor analysis, and strategy backtesting and deployment, through both Python API integration and interactive web tools. I worked across engineering, marketing, and product to lead all design work. As the founding designer, I built and managed a team of designers and technical writers while remaining 80% hands-on — designing scalable UI patterns, data exploration tools, onboarding experiences and financial artefacts for LLM conversations.
