Working closely with senior faculty from leading universities in EMEA as well as internal and external media teams to design multiple concurrent complex, high-value, innovative and engaging online distance learning courses at Masters level. Proactively and clearly communicate project needs, status, and deadlines to all stakeholders and efficiently addresses or escalates issues when necessary. Using the theories of constructive alignment, community of inquiry, Mayer's principles, ABC visual learning design amongst others, I make informed design approaches to my work. I stay current on research, adapt and implement new techniques for online teaching and learning, and utilise student and faculty feedback to evaluate the success of new techniques. Delivering one of my courses requires confidence with a large amount of challenging, high-level course material. I have to interpret a variety of subjects that are new to me and deliver them as meaningful and effective learning material. Influence and motivate people, both within and outside the business unit, to take action toward achieving business unit/organisation goals. I take personal responsibility and accountability for addressing and resolving problems in my projects. Experienced with VLEs, HTML, Videoscribe, Audacity, H5P. Knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop, Lectora.
