Conducted a thorough audit of Arcadis's capabilities using the MECE Framework. Executed the project under strict timelines. Resulted in producing high quality results and high levels of satisfaction amongst the executive members of Arcadis. Worked with executive management to understand the business need and formulated and articulated consulting solution to achieve the optimum goal. Developed trend reports, company and competitor analysis and identified best potential marketing areas. Provided strategic recommendations to included chatbot on the website, which created more streamlined and impactful business engagements. Analysed the Bidding document of National Highway Framework Operating model, and suggested key recommendation points

- Led the Quality Management and Operational Excellence assessment at 5 Factories and assist the supplier in achieving organisation requirements.

-Responsible for Project management of New Product Development from the Industrialisation to the Shipment Stage(Homologation of the Product).

-Sourced 1 new factory as per the organisations need.

-Piloted Continuous Improvement Projects at the supplier site to improve their autonomy by developing Fundamental Control Plans.
