Working in the E learning department 'Digital Innovation for Creativity in Education' DICE, our aim is to develop the use of learning technologies in ways that can support and enhance the learning and teaching experience of students and staff around the University.

- Reporting to the Head of E learning and working closely with team members, also liaising with different departments around the university to improve staff and student experience using the VLE Canvas.

- Work on multiple eLearning projects, which will include the development and production of courses using eLearning tools including Articulate Storyline/Rise, PowToon, Canva, Adobe software, Canvas VLE, Panopto Video software, Microsoft 365, and more.

- Creating graphics, illustrations and designs that are used across the VLE, that could be for training material for staff members, Further Education 'FE' and Higher Education 'HE' student courses that are delivered face to face and online, and for internal advertising and marketing of the University following the UCB guidelines.

- Providing in demand support for staff and students using the VLE and other software's that is face to face, online and over the phone.

- Arranging and providing training for educational and administrating staff on the University system and VLE.

- Was in charge of the rebranding of the E learning Department 'DICE' logo and presence on the VLE and the University System while collaborating with the team for the final outcome.

- Designing sites and pages on the VLE 'Canvas' for support departments to increase and improve their digital presence and providing a greater experience for students.

- Achieved exceptional customer service by paying close attention to customer concerns addressed their queries and followed design brief.

- Experiencing in designing video content, static/motion and informative videos.

- Maintaining branding consistency in line with established brand guidelines.

- Organised and produced a visual exhibition with different visual communication artists in a collaborative project.

- Designed fashion sketches and illustrations for the brand Rozana LDN guided and directed by the founder and brief specifications for social media platforms.

- Designed book covers for Penguin Design Awards, record covers for Secret 7", exhibition posters for LittleEathrquake and illustrated editorial pieces for clients.

- working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.

- Using innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints.
