Built the hi-load full tech ecosystem of AI-driven products for an SaaS platform from scratch.

Key work:

- Multi-agent AI pipeline for several SAAS products as ecosystem: Whisper STT → GPT-4.1&5.5 analysis → RAG matching

- Automated sales calls and deals quality analysis (hi-load, hundreds of requests/day)

- Integrations: Zoom webhooks, CRM Kommo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Sheets/Docs/Drive

- Backend: FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Celery, Redis, Docker

- Security & PII: JWT auth / EmailPinAuth + RBAC, PII detection / removing before AI processing

- Sales training SaaS: AI role-play scenarios, admin dashboards (React + Node.js)

- Notes SAAS - meetings transcription & diarization by speakers, making a resume and capture all discussed tasks to manage it by the team

Results:

- 3 profitable SAAS products with tons of clients and a huge amount of audio and video calls, text communications, and actions for sales & revenue growth

Achievements: successfully transferred all clients to online training with teachers in 25 countries (launched Algorithmics' own online video platform in 2 weeks from zero and switched 25 countries' business to online!), increased the productivity of the product team by 2 times, created a factory for the production of product value: a transparent, predictable, and regular result valuable for the client. Transform our not-linked courses into one great bound educational track product - increased LTV and engagement of clients 2x. Created a growth product department, UNIT economy approach, and the analytics center for the company, implemented the HADI cycle hypothesis in life, and successfully changed the way of development. Created and launched several successful courses. Created unique working gamification for our education product, created a new part of the product - the biggest in the world "Hall of Fame" - kids social network, with more than 1 million kids in 80 countries, which increased the retention of users 3x.

Algorithmics is an international programming and mathematical school for children from 5 to 17 years old with over 150,000 kids and teens studying worldwide. Algorithmics covers 25 countries and more than 200 cities at the beginning of 2020. Algorithmics combines offline and online learning with teachers and, using its own IT platform and LMS, offers small groups programming and math classes in our schools and online. We make programming and math simple, exciting, and fun. At Algorithmics, we help children to learn skills that will help them in the future, no matter what profession they choose later.
