Olivia in a few words
I’m an experienced Product Designer with over a decade of success driving innovation and delivering results across e-commerce, travel, transport, fintech, and more. From developing award-winning platforms (Local Heroes) to doubling company revenue (Pollen) and enabling businesses to thrive during unprecedented challenges (Haven), I specialise in creating meaningful impact for organisations and delivering exceptional value to customers.
Outside of my day-to-day work, I’m dedicated to sharing knowledge and empowering others in the design and product management space. I’ve taught 12-week evening courses, guiding over 100 adult learners to deliver real-world client projects and take their first steps into the tech industry. I’ve delivered seminars to entrepreneurial students at the University of Essex and Queen Mary University, spoken on strategy at Women in Product, and run workshops for Product Managers and C-Level executives on topics such as vision setting, data-driven decision-making, and building inclusive teams.
My expertise also extends internationally, having facilitated Design Sprints that solve complex challenges and unlock growth opportunities in both Germany and Sweden.
I now run Lucid Launch, a consultancy that helps organisations of all sizes and at all stages to design and deliver solutions that maximise customer value from the outset. Olivia came recommended to us as a UX/UI designer - we had already interviewed a few and the speed and depth at which she understood all of our requirements instantly impressed us.
She worked with us to quickly establish a scope and the quality of her work was excellent. We received daily updates and she was receptive to all feedback and also contributed her own ideas in order for the UX/UI to be as clear and intuitive as it could be.
