Olivier Mogé

Currently working as Head of M&A at PROSENIORS, healthcare & services structure where GENERALI is one of our shareholder, I am looking for new projects and really interested in your Private Equity Position.

Since my arrival worked on 4 acquisitions (Technology, Services, Real Estate) & settle a new strategy. From the sourcing until the closing, by performing valuation DCF, LBO & negotiation process during the non-binding offer. I also worked & manage the due diligence process with the sellers, our financial advisors concerning the financial audit & legal entities concerning the SPA. Finally, I am also working on the integration of the targets with our human resources department.

My previous experience at Castil advisory allowed me to work in the generalist team (TMT, FIG, Industrials, healthcare…) involved in small, mid-cap & large-cap transactions ranging from €20m to >€1 000 m in France and worldwide. I benefited from strong exposure in transaction management: drafting marketing materials (pitch, teaser and IM), filling data room for sell-side process, performing valuation materials mainly for buy-side transactions (multiples, LBO model and DCF). Through this experience, I have developed rigor, good stress management, a hierarchy of tasks, analytical skills and honed my knowledge in corporate finance.
