I'm a Senior Product & UX Designer with 15+ years of experience, specialising in complex B2B SaaS platforms, design systems, and operational UX. I'm based in Amsterdam area and work with clients remotely and on-site across the Netherlands and Europe.

My background covers two ends of the complexity spectrum. At Motorola Solutions I designed mission-critical systems for government and public safety clients, including a national-scale alert platform and an emergency call-centre CRM, where clarity and speed weren't nice-to-haves, they were survival requirements. At CET, Israel's leading EdTech organisation, I owned end-to-end design of a dual-platform learning ecosystem and built their first design system from scratch.

I bring a long background in graphic design, branding, and marketing into everything I do, which gives me a visual and strategic foundation that goes beyond typical UX practice. I think in systems, work across the full design lifecycle from discovery through to implementation, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams throughout.

I actively use AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, Cursor and Gemini as part of my design thinking, research, and documentation process. Not just for speed, but to explore problems more thoroughly and keep complex work well-structured.

Led end-to-end product design for a dual-platform ecosystem: a content authoring studio for educators and an interactive classroom player for students, keeping product, engineering, and stakeholders aligned throughout.

Owned the full design lifecycle from discovery and research through to flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma specs. I actively used AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Figma Make throughout the research, discovery, and documentation process, which helped me work faster, think wider, and keep complex workflows structured and well-documented.

Ran user research, journey mapping, and usability testing across multiple user roles to reduce friction and improve task efficiency.

Built CET's first design system from scratch, covering tokens, components, and WCAG accessibility standards, used consistently across hundreds of modules.

Worked closely with developers and QA through the full design-to-code cycle to make sure nothing got lost in translation.

Designed and co-defined mission-critical enterprise B2B systems from scratch for government and public safety clients, including a national-scale alert platform and an emergency call center CRM. Both projects involved dense real-time data, high-stress operators, and zero margin for error, so clarity, speed, and reliability were the core design principles throughout.

Also led the end-to-end redesign of a legacy SQL-based informational catalog platform for a government client, handling both UX and front-end development in Angular, HTML, and CSS. This meant taking a dense, outdated system and rebuilding it into something operators could actually use under pressure.

Validated prototypes with end users and stakeholders across all projects to sharpen decision-making flows and reduce errors.

Worked closely with engineers and data analysts throughout, bridging design and implementation to make sure the final products matched the design intent and held up in real-world conditions.
