I achieved and delivered digital transformation projects across the NHS. I coached and facilitated a continuous improvement of the digital design team and we delivered clinical pathway products and projects across the NHS. Scrum Master of a team that developed Patient Satisfaction Dashboard and Hospital performance Dashboard to enable health professional access important patient information. Managed multiple concurrent projects using Agile methodology, aligning recourse, and removing roadblocks to ensure deadlines were met. Regularly assessed the team's and organization's Scrum maturity and coached the Scrum teams to lift maturity levels, achieving fully productive team sprints. Responsibilities:

• Facilitated sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations.

• Attained a 110% increase in velocity by coaching team members and relevant parties on Agile processes, principles and ceremonies. Worked closely with product owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features.

• Educated and reinforced scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and stakeholders.

• Directed and led development team from project initiation through the delivery of final product.

• Updated Agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs

• Worked with the Scrum Team and the Product Owner to negotiate the minimum viable product for delivery

• Collaborated with cross functional teams to work through the dependencies and risks.

This assignment was to help improve team productivity and support development of an AWS migration. Enable the development of Agile teams – with bias towards SAFe, promote empowerment and to enable the recognition and adoption of Agile best practice. By encouraging the use of Project Inception, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Defect and Technical Debt Triage and Daily Stand-up, performance was dramatically improved
