• Mentor for all levels in the CS team – getting the basics right with the AEs, inspiring ambition and drive in the AMs, and hands-on support for the AD.

• Led live content delivery from four international IEM esports tournaments and major tech expos (Computex Taipei & IFA Berlin), working on-site with client and production crew.

• Partnered with London teams on the Predator Force brand campaign, rolling it out across social platforms.

• Improved delivery processes across strategy, creative and production to scale global output, increasing quality.

• For my final 6 weeks I managed the start of B2B brand positioning work for

Nearform (global software engineering and consultancy) and Qualiko

(international poultry brand). Accounts gained through my reputation as someone who can get up to speed quickly.

• Managed the creative delivery of Pinterest advertising campaigns for European and North American brands including John Lewis, Mr Porter, Philadelphia, Hershey and Quaker.

• Partnered with international Pinterest sellers, brand teams and media agencies to ensure timely, high-quality execution during the peak holiday campaign season.
