Cost Killing:

- Check up on the current situation and identifying where to intervene

- Reduction in purchasing costs within each individual organisational function

- Discovering where “hidden” costs lie

- Implementation of a permanent system for monitoring and improving company costs

- Rationalisation of the integrated logistic system
