I help leadership teams, investors and institutions see what is really happening inside a business, portfolio or ecosystem before the numbers make it obvious. My work is evidence-led and grounded in structured inference. I analyse how an organisation likely works in practice, where pressure is building, where value is leaking, where capacity is being lost, and where technology is changing the terms of competition.

From there, I focus on three questions: What must be defended? What can be unlocked? What should be built next?

I have applied this approach across healthcare, industrial, cities, universities, clusters, sports organisations, M&A law firms, PE and VC portfolios, and startups. I also bring board advisory experience in healthtech and drones, extensive experience building Horizon Europe technology partnerships between industry, research organisations and universities, and global speaking and advisory work across Brazil, the US, the UAE, Europe and the UK.

My value is in seeing the underlying patterns early and turning them into practical decisions. I produce hard-edged diagnostics, structured inference and clear recommendations for leaders who need to protect relevance, unlock capacity and build their next advantage.
