Patrycja Plachecka

My mission is simple: helping passionate people create great products. I aim to simplify processes and deliver innovative ideas, always keeping user needs and business value in mind. By building a collaborative space where everyone can grow and contribute, I enable the people I work with to create products that thrill users and deliver great results for stakeholders.

Working closely with clients, I led cross-functional and remote teams with methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban. During that period, I facilitated over 2k meetings, including Scrum events and multiple workshops. By stepping in as an interim Product Owner, I gained hands-on experience in shaping the product lifecycle. To ensure the quality of delivery as a Project Manager, I managed risks, addressed blockers, and monitored budgets. Thanks to my interactions with all levels of the organization, from board members to experts and managers, I have developed an understanding of their business needs and perspectives.

The list of workshops I facilitated includes, among others, event storming, project/product discovery, product development, user story mapping, kick-offs, junior PM's academy, and regular mentoring workshops.

I implemented a tailored hybrid approach, blending waterfall and agile methods in the projects I was leading at the time. This led to an improved processes of tackling project bottlenecks and finance management. Thanks to the various projects I've overseen to boost revenue, the clinic managed to sustain a high level of care despite the many challenges posed by COVID in the healthcare sector.
