    Hands-on leader of a senior consulting team commissioned to rapidly stabilise and accelerate specific workstreams of an ambitious transformation programme aimed at reshaping our client’s entire personal banking business. I oversaw:
    -Establishment of a transformation execution framework & methodology that ‘bridged the gap’ between strategy and executable plans. This was also used to assess workstream maturity and identify acceleration areas. This became a standard for the broader organisation.
    -Maturation of work-stream plans including re-baselined charters, clarification & simplification of OKRs, alignment of approved initiatives to OKRs, re-baselined roadmaps & detailed milestone plans, and enhanced risk & control frameworks.
    -Optimisation of existing PMO & Agile frameworks to enhance governance, discipline, accountability and decision making across all workstreams.
    -Training and capability development of internal teams in-line with methodology.

    Hands-on leader of a consulting team delivering a global Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Screening System transformation programme. I oversaw:
    -Programme set-up, governance & change management.
    -Full operating model design & requirements workstream (people, process, policy, technology, data).
    -Optimisation and digitisation of the client risk assessment model.
    -Integration stream (external providers & internal systems).
    -Requirements for a strategic reporting capability.
    -Migration of production data into target systems.
    The SaaS platform was live within 6 months and approx. 40% of production data was migrated within 9 months.
