Peter Kelly is a former Royal Marine and technical project manager by trade. In 2017 he co-founded the app start up imployable. Peter began his career in the Royal Marines, joining in 2005 at the age of 18 and rising to the rank of Corporal before leaving the service in 2015 to move into mobile app development and project management.

Peter holds Prince2, APM and IPMA project qualifications as well as qualifications in CompTIA Data+ and Lean Six Sigma. Peter project managed app and web builds for large corporations such as Louis Vuitton, Glenfiddich, RAC and Johnson Matthey as well as over two dozen UK app start ups, some of which have now been aquired.

In 2018 Peter won both the regional and national Great British Entrepreneur of the Year Entrepreneurial Spirit Awards as well as CEO Magazine Tech CEO of the Year. Peter gained notability in 2019 after giving away 1% of his company to a random person in a jobcentre in Plymouth, the deed picked up national press in the UK as well as China and Russia.

Peter Kelly has vast experience in supporting the start up journey for digital companies. From product design and development to strategy design and growth, also having run private equity and debt fundraising projects well in excess of £3.5m over the last 7 years.
