Working on a proposed re-design of Quad9's website, this project entails user interviews, usability testing, and multiple proposed designs to be tested and iterated with both new and current users.

Working with a Climate FinTech startup, the challenge was to create an application for two different types of users with different goals. I would be happy to speak more about this one in person!

Over the course of over 400 hours and six design sprints, I had the opportunity of learning the ins and outs of User Experience, interface design, service design, and more, from inspiring experts in the field. Through lectures, group projects, and a client project, we learned and then put into practice the essential methodologies for researching user needs, synthesizing the data to deduct insights, wireframing and prototyping solutions, and finally testing and iterating these ideas.
