• Chief Architect (Client side), for new global finance solution. Moving from 7 geographically distributed finance systems to a single new global system (SAP). Leading to lower TCO, more efficient compliance, increased platform stability, scalability and reliability

• Oversaw CRM + billing (salesforce) consolidation strategy. 23 instances across 5 countries

• Designed and set up Enterprise Architecture Operation Model

• Set up Global Architecture governance frameworks, including design forums (which Philip chairs), guardrails, patterns and principles. Optimised risk management and app portfolio TCO

• Identified 3.5 mil Euro of potential savings from portfolio optimisation assessments

• Drove key Global Gen AI projects including: ○ Google Gemini AI implementation, following a trial proving 3%+ productivity increase ○ Customer services agent productivity: 30% productivity saving for customer services agents through use of Einstein (Salesforce)

• Implemented Enterprise Architecture tooling to manage and maintain Global architecture views (LeanIX)

• Overseeing localisation strategy of all Global tooling and services to 10 major marketplaces

• Transformed broken silo'd ways of working into a cross domain collaborative culture

• Interim Global Head of Architecture for Adevinta (7 months)

• Led assessment with a large European telco client to show how the organsiation could make efficiency gains through intelligent automation, detailing approach and benefits. Two opportunities were progressed driving circa 2mil saving

• Created the architecture, one year road map and indicative costs across all core IT functions for a brand new joint venture fiber company expected to have over a billion Euro revenue within two years, this led to further work for Deloitte in the data and integration space

• Worked with a very large UK telco following completion of a merger to help them realise their cost saving ambition by assisting with architecture strategies and roadmaps in the Digital/Customer domain to consolidate systems to get IT spend down to the industry average (4%)

Main Achievements:

• Created BT's first integration strategy and roadmaps, including costs over 5 years

• Led the opportunity identification, business case (2.5 mil), architecture and op model for BT's first real time data integration as a service (confluent). This platform spanned AWS, GCP and on prem and was used as foundation for BT's single GCP data analytics platform

• Assisted with BT's data architecture creation and vision across hybrid cloud

• Running and owning the selection of the pan BT data integration fabric. This solution was the single Enterprise Information Management tooling used to drive savings of over 20mil through better understanding of our data, leading to better quality data driving those savings

Philip was tasked with starting the architecture and integration business unit from the ground up in the UK. Main responsibilities include:

• Working with marketing to promote the Devoteam brand as integration and architecture specialists, specifically in API's, API Management and Application Integration,
