I'm a customer success aspirant having around 10 years experience working with customers around the world.
As part of my recent experience (~5 years) with an AI (SAAS) startup; I had the opportunity to learn and develop my skill in helping customers through : pre-sales, onboarding, and advocacy.
While I have had the chance to explore all stages of the customer lifecycle, I thoroughly enjoyed and was able to specialize in onboarding our AI suite of products.
Joining the startup early, I have had the privilege to work with our CEO and VP (Customer Success) in managing a lot of programs to transform our CS team from the ground up. Working closely with our CTO, product and engineering teams helped me to understand our tech and architecture better.
To strengthen my professional experience and for academic accreditation I chose to enroll to a masters program in International Business with NCI, Dublin. The course work is almost completed and I'm currently working on my dissertation, due for August. However, I'm excited and willing to start working with maximum capacity.
