PROJECTS:-

1. GUWAHATI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT It is an extension of the existing guwahati airport which is handling by Airport authority of India & designed by Design forum International. Total plot area is 50 Acres and Built-up area is 13.5 Lakhs Sq.ft. I was responsible for Client communication to reslove the RFI’S, 3D Modelling for LOD 300, Quality assurance & Project documentation.

2. JAKARTA INTERNATIONAL STADIUM is an football stadium project designed by PDW Architects and located in Indonesia. Project responsibilities include for design and development of permanent and temporary structure for games time requirements considering code compliant and co-ordination between various. stake holder as well as sport committees.

3. FOUR SEASONS, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia For AEDAS Project involved facade development from LOD 200 to 350 as per modeling package. Conducted meetings & one on one coordination with the clients and vendors. Conducted quality control checks for the project for better efficiency and model health.

4. PATNA METRO DEPOT, INDIA There are 22 building for depot, Project documentation handled on BIM360 and modelling and drawings on Revit 2021. My role was Revit modelling, Scheduling, Clash detection, and Coordination between Structure & MEP Services.

5. BELMOND CAP JULUCA, ANGUILLA A two storied SPA building accomodating different facilities with Island style indulgence.The project involved one on one coordination with the client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. Deputed to the Lusail Stadium project in Qatar. Constructed a bridge process between the back office and the site.

2. In charge of meeting deadlines and ensuring quality.

3. The exchange of information between departments and services.

4. In charge of the Documentation to prevent future conflicts.

5. Technical support for software.

PROJECTS:-

LUSAIL STADIUM, QATAR Iconic Stadium or Lusail National Stadium is being

constructed. Scheduled to open in November 2021, the new facility will host the final of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. My role was Architecture modelling at initial stage and later on I was responsible for coordination between all services. In 2019 I visited Lusail site (Qatar) for coordination between site office and back office.

IIT BHILAI, INDIA, INDIA. IIT Bhilai project is divided into 2 phases residential and

educational blocks. Project scope was 3D Modelling (LOD 400, shop drawings and BOQ. Handled clash coordination with other services and as well. Platform was REVIT 2020 For Modelling and shop drawings and Navisworks for clash coordination.

THE SHORE AUSTIN HOTEL & RESIDENTIAL, Austin, Texas, USA. It was a housing tower of 22 floors consisting of parking up to level 5 and above that housing units. I was responsible to make an as build model for the tower along with basic 2d drawing extraction. Total Area of this project 353,100 Sq. Ft.

TOLL BROTHERS, DENVER, USA. Toll brothers is a Residential building consists of

different types of housing units which based on the design options, where the 3 units are the main units and all option and depends on these 3 units. Preparing the unit model on LOD 300 as well as shop drawing of it. Design option should be preparing on Revit but compile it on vision rez.

MEISHREIB DOWNTOWN PHASE 4, DOHA Learned how to maintain and regulate the Firesafety standards in manufacturing plants as per the NFPA. Metallurgical contents and refineries processes.

1. Made a set of working drawings based on the sketches and conceptual drawings. Created conceptual 3Ds through Sketchup.

2. Design detailing for different architectural components.

3. Worked with suppliers and verified that their quotes matched with the drawings.

4. Site supervision to assured the implementation of the design.

5. 2D draughting and 3D modelling.
