My superstrength is to create order from chaos. I love getting stuck into a problem and figuring out ways to solve it. In every job I am always creating processes, suggesting improvements and generally making things work better. I'm currently working as Director of Operations for a small company, where I am leading on finances, marketing and sales. I also have experience in Salesforce consulting and configuration, business analysis and project management. I have worked in global teams across multiple countries and cultures. I have Product and Program Manager experience, as well as building relationships and trust within teams. I am human in my approach - meaning I'm compassionate and empathic and I try to make sure people in my team are contributing in the best way they can.
