I designed and built a fully local, private AI infrastructure stack running entirely on personal hardware, no cloud dependency, no data leaving the machine:

· LLM Inference - Ollama serving local models with custom VRAM management via PowerShell

· Knowledge Pipeline - n8n ingesting raw IT notes, auto-generating structured wiki pages via local LLM

· RAG Search - ChromaDB vector database with semantic search and source citations

· Agent Architecture - Hermes Agent with supervisor and specialist sub-agents (SCCM, Intune, Wiki)

· SCCM Connector - AdminService REST API bridge deployment errors auto-converted into incident KB pages

· Intune Automation - Graph API async Win32 app deployment triggered by a single agent instruction

The result: an autonomous IT operations layer — field notes become KB articles, deployment errors become incidents,

app packaging becomes a one-line instruction. All local, air-gapped, no third-party inference.
