Working with Rebecca was great: We had a good onboarding and she established herself well in our cross-functional agile team of engineers, product manager and scrum master. She created designs based on stakeholder (internal and external) input, created click-dummies to test the designs and discussed them with the team that then built the features. She was very attentive and always gave constructive feedback in refinements, plannings and dailies to support the team and the product.
Besides UX Rebecca was a vital part in the planning of user research of a new topic where she contributed with her experience and by also conducting the first research.
Overall we were really happy to have Rebecca in our team for the last five months and would recommend her to other companies that are lacking user experience & design competences.
