I have experience managing internal design teams and coordinating external consultants to ensure efficient and cohesive project delivery. I regularly lead the production of rapid test fits under tight deadlines, translating client requirements into clear, commercially viable layout options to support leasing and decision-making processes. I am highly responsive to client feedback, proactively implementing key changes and refining design proposals to align with project objectives, programme constraints, and commercial priorities while maintaining design integrity.

Additionally, manage the use, organisation, and procurement of the studio's material library, ensuring it remains current, accessible, and aligned with project and sustainability requirements.

Lead and mentor a team of interior designers in the delivery of workplace test fits, translating client requirements into efficient, commercially focused layout solutions within tight deadlines. Collaborate closely with contractors to ensure design proposals are practical, compliant, and aligned with programme and cost constraints. Oversee FF&E specification and conduct material and finishes research, selecting appropriate products that support design intent, performance, and budget while maintaining quality and consistency across projects.

Led the delivery of workplace interior projects across RIBA Stages 1–5, producing design and technical information and supporting bid-level presentations. I have led the design development and delivery of a 90,000 sqft commercial workplace project in the City of London, taking responsibility from initial concept through to practical completion.

My role includes the design and coordination of key workplace environments such as breakout spaces, end-of-trip facilities, meeting suites, and office areas. I actively participate in weekly project meetings and work closely with clients, consultants, FF&E suppliers, and contractors to ensure effective coordination and successful project delivery on site.
