Lead AI/ML engineering for Career.io's resume, job search, and career services products, owning the roadmap and architecture for recommendation and search systems, LLM copilots, and automation agents. Design and review models, prompts, data pipelines, and APIs from prototype to stable production while maintaining the shared ML platform, including canonical datasets, feature pipelines, model serving, and monitoring. Designed and maintained unified datasets for titles, skills, companies, and industries, and developed transformer models for question answering, classification, and clustering to power search, matching, and

content understanding. Collaborated closely with product and engineering to turn analyses and experiments into production APIs with proper data pipelines, monitoring, and guardrails.
