    Sky Sports Repositioning & Rebrand Managed the end-to-end development of the repositioning and rebrand creative, leading the creative and production teams from brief to project sign-off. Ensured the strategic approach for the brand was conveyed through the creative assets while navigating complex stakeholder alignment. After 9 months, gained the CEO's approval to implement the repositioning of the evolved Sky Sports brand. Led the creation of the internal training workshop, facilitating and presenting the new positioning to the UK and European teams.
    • The new creative saw a 25% uplift in social shares across the World Darts Championships, and the revised tone of voice has been utilised in talent contracts and partnership photoshoots, including with Adidas.

    Sky Sports Plus Led the creative process to launch a new brand identity for Sky Sports Plus. Facilitated fast stakeholder alignment to meet tight deadlines, managed rapid creative development, and continuous check-ins for CEO sign-off.
    • The new Sports Plus package created a 12% uplift in subscriptions and engaged a wider viewer demographic. Focus group research revealed the new identity made the offer more comprehensible.

    Sky Masterbrand Briefed and managed the strategic development of the Sky brand's new positioning framework, principles, and tone of voice in collaboration with the external brand agency.     • Partnered together with client stakeholders to navigate a fast-paced 9-month approval cycle, ensuring timely production and delivery of all assets.

    UECL Budapest Final 2023 & UEL Dublin Final 2024 creative Managed the end-to-end creative process to final delivery of all assets across social, print, in-stadium visuals, and broadcast for the UECL Final 2023 (Budapest) and UEL Final 2024 (Dublin).
    • Led and produced high-quality photo shoots in both cities and successfully delivered all required assets on time and within the €2.3 million budget.
