Rita is a Senior Gender Equality, Social Inclusion and Governance Consultant. She is also an advisor on Advocacy, Project Management, and Communication for various International and national organisations working for Human rights, good governance, and democratisation.

In parallel, Rita is a published author and researcher in Political and Administrative Sciences, her main publications are on gender, women's rights, elections, political systems, mobilisations, movement and collective creations.

As a university lecturer, Rita prepared and delivered courses on Governance, Social Mobilisation, Public Policies, Sociology, Advocacy, Media and Social Media, Citizenship, Gender Mainstreaming. She is active on twitter and had a blog on wordpress.
