I’m a transformation and program management professional with over 19 years of international experience helping organizations turn strategy into execution. I specialize in bridging business and IT — building PMOs, leading cross-functional programs, and guiding organizations through complex change across functions and geographies.

Over the years, I’ve delivered transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients such as Boeing, Nestlé, and KONE, as well as consulting assignments with KPMG and Genpact. My work has spanned finance, supply chain, HR, and technology — driving process harmonization, ERP rollouts, and enterprise-wide change initiatives. I’ve built PMO frameworks from the ground up, introduced governance structures, and designed reporting dashboards that improved visibility, accountability, and decision-making for senior leadership.
