Recognised for evidence informed evaluations, team leadership, and the ability to navigate complex environments with rigour and empathy.

Appointed to this dual role, alongside WMAT, to lead one of the Department for Education's designated centres for teacher and leadership development. Responsible for the strategic operational transformation of the Hub, having successfully led its re-designation and secured a four-year commission to deliver Golden Thread (ITT, ECF, AB) of teacher development.
