A senior level executive in the non-profit sector, with over 15 years of domestic and international experience in securing 6-figure income. I have collaborated, consulted and lead on a number of award winning global campaigns to raise funds and develop charities income streams and supporter bases'. My primary fields are institutional funding (grant writing and management) fundraising (donors) and organisational development (growth and capacity building). Through my consulting practice IDFM Services have now helped over 70 different charities ranging in size, to reach there income targets and potentials, allowing them to grow substantially. I have also lead on organisational stratergy development, project palnning and building organisational leadership, including theory of change workshops and training.
