Working collaboratively with information architects, business analysts, and delivery managers, I also collaborated more closely with product owners, engineers, developers, user researchers, and data analysts. I created user journeys, sitemaps, navigation schema, and annotated wireframes, and conducted usability testing to gather feedback. In addition, I facilitated workshops with team members and stakeholders, managed stakeholders, helped define and build a design system, and implemented processes such as UI/UX audits and documentation to support UX maturity
- Connex OneLead Product DesignerSeptember 2020 - January 2021 (4 months)At Connex One, I served as Lead Product Designer within the WFO product team, developing the user experience and interface for features that fostered deeper customer engagement. In my role, I managed all aspects of the product's UX/UI lifecycle, including problem definition, user-centric solutions, user testing, and prototyping. I identified core user and client problems, collaborated with an agile team, created research strategies and approaches, and led the "Discovery" process to tackle customer problems. I communicated project updates to Product Owners and key stakeholders and collaborated with other Senior Designers to maintain consistency through the Connex One Design System. I also developed principles and a growing Design System, implemented processes for smooth efficiency and productivity, supported Junior, Midweight, and Senior Designers, and facilitated workshops alongside product owners and other business leads. I utilized data and customer insights to inform and validate design thinking, demonstrated experience leading UI/UX design across a portfolio of products, and developed Customer Journeys, User Flows, and User Maps. I also proposed mock-ups, hi-end wireframes, and prototypes to support ideation, and created a design process and system in the form of Atomic Design.
