Support the Procurement department with Indirect spend.

🛠️Tasks & Responsibilities:

➢ Provide support as a Category Management for Corporate Service, such as: Travel, Fleet, HR Services, Consulting, Temp Labor, Marketing and Professional Service.

and stakeholder management for Marketing and Consulting procurement.

➢ Business partnering and stakeholder management in order to guarantee the business as usual.

➢ Procurement execution, specifically sourcing and contracting.

➢ Independent contract following the acquisition of the Radisson global brand acquisition. Brought in to define and standardize strategies, processes, and systems for the newly established technology sourcing team in EMEA & Asia Pacific.

➢ Responsible for Radisson Hotel Group IT Procurement leading RFI / RFPs and category management of all IT spend, such as: Software, Hardware, Voice & Data and Services.

➢ Analysis of market, competitor, and potential suppliers to identify best fit potential suppliers, risks, and opportunities.

➢ Actively contribute with the implementation of global P2P and IT Digital Transformation projects.

➢ Conduct supplier evaluations to ensure each supplier meets minimum standards for security, financial stability, and compatibility with company. Establish and manage a supplier management framework that enables stakeholders and external partners to work collaboratively with a series of regular meetings designed to proactively enhance performance, control costs, identify and address risks or failure to deliver against key performance indicators or service levels.

➢ Led LATAM strategic sourcing & Procurement team in the purchasing of indirect materials & services, responsible for a US$350MM LA managed spend.

➢ Responsible for Cargill's Indirect Procurement transformation process by contributing with over US$24MM in year saving (2 consecutive yrs) and company's process improvement to gain business agility and competitivity.

➢ Drove category best-practices, ensuring best leverage of LATAM spend to maximize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) savings and Procurement Value Contribution.

➢ Developed and executed regional category management strategies for multiple indirect sourcing category such as Marketing, HR, IT (Services, Hardware & Software), Facilities, Corporate affairs, Real States, Professional Services, etc.

➢ Focused on understanding the strategic business objectives and procurement requirements to develop category roadmaps / sourcing strategy aligned with business goals.

➢ Led sourcing initiatives to develop best practices, process improvements, reporting, savings pipeline development, negotiations, contracts management, policies, new supplier creation, supplier due diligence, training, and technology platforms.

➢ Conducted strategic negotiations with suppliers in terms of prices, quality, volumes, lead times, contract and payment terms, framework agreements, etc.

➢ Responsible to prepare and monitor dashboard and report of LA Strategic Sourcing & Procurement metrics and key performance to demonstrate value and saving results.

➢ Established a strong network and foster collaboration with business stakeholders, suppliers and others supporting corporate functions (e.g. legal, risks, compliance, etc).

➢ Worked directly with the Country Managers / Regional and Global categories leaders in order to alignment processes to increase gains in negotiations.
