I'm a Senior Product Designer with 9+ years shipping products across fintech, healthtech, and logistics, across the UK, South Africa, Kenya, USA, and Nigeria.

I specialise in complex, high-stakes UX: digitising financial workflows, designing AI-native products, and building systems that real users actually adopt. At Nedbank, I redesigned self-service banking kiosks that reached 200,000+ monthly card dispenses and cut fraud to zero. At Upland Software, I reduced navigation friction by 27% for an enterprise CMS used by Salesforce and Randstad.

I don't just design, I build. I founded FemCare, an AI women's health platform deployed across 4 countries, and built DM2Cart, a no-code commerce tool that converts Instagram and WhatsApp DMs into orders.
