Holding over 10 years of recruitment experience, including recently at Meta in which i recruited internationally for Product Leaders across the Meta orgs including Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Ads, AI and Reality Labs.

Working agency-side for 8 years, I recruited for a variety of clients from early-stage start-ups, to global leaders across Tech, Media, Engineering and Fintech, partnering to deliver talent rapidly to meet their hiring targets.

Adept at working in highly ambiguous environments, I have initiated and manged international talent based projects end-end including those for DE&I and Employer Branding, whilst also hands-on sourcing and recruitment, and mentoring teams.

Experienced partnering with stakeholders globally at all levels up to C suite, to collaborate on projects.
