Managing a team of Dieticians, Recipe Creators, Stylists, Photographers and Developers to work towards a common goal in creating delicious and on-trend recipes. - Develop original nutrition, recipe and lifestyle blog content consistent with various client brands and editorial direction
- Liaise with the expert nutrition team and assist in the creation of recipes and menu plans that promote healthy eating
- Research recipe ideas based on food trends and the health industry
- Project managing the food production team to make weekly deadline for content drops, as well as planning content in advance to hit key dates and special promotions
- Create styling boards, work on photoshoots.
- Manage the backend upload of menu plans and new recipes as well as cross-checking front end
- Manage workflow and track content through CMS and self-made systems.
